Grace Trail is a simple, proven self-guided process that helps you pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Whether walked outdoors or explored in conversation, it offers clarity, resilience, and new perspectives — one step, one question.
For 25 years, thousands have walked the Trail in schools, workplaces, hospitals, and communities worldwide, finding strength, clarity, and connection moving forward in both the hardest and best of times.
The 5 Grace Trail Questions (with prompts to guide reflection):
Gratitude – What am I Grateful for?

• What is going right in my life?
• How can I invite more of that?
Release – What do I need to Release?
• What is out of my control?
• What is in my control? (Focus all your efforts here!)
Accept – What do I need to Accept?
• What do I need to accept in order to move forward?
• If I can’t accept “it”, what can I acknowledge?
Challenge – What is my next Challenge?
• What small step can I take in the direction of my choice?
• What bold step would move me closer to where I want to be?
Embrace – What can I embrace as possible?
• How can I move toward hope or possibility in my life?
• What is trying to emerge?
(Prompts may be tailored for different groups, but the 5 Grace Trail® questions are always constant. Reach out for customization to your group needs.)
