When do the spirits move you?
When You have had too many.
If you meet up with an Iceberg,
How cool is that?
When do you stand tall?
When you're short on doubt.
If you can't fly like a bird
Wing it
When do you feel most secure?
When there's a blanket in your life.
If you walk in someone else's shoes,
Do their soles give you a lift?
When is a water view unwelcome?
When it's in your basement.
If you hit rock bottom,
Bottoms up.
When do you change sides?
When you turn the other cheek.
If tables could talk,
Would they tell you their contents?
When do you enjoy a blizzard
Only at Dairy Queen
If you jump bail
Happy landing.
When you're fishing for a mate,
use bait and then tackle
If you need alterations,
tailor yourself.
When do you change your mind?
When you open it.
If your fingers do the talking,
there's never a slip of the tongue.
When do your thoughts speak to you?
When they have something to say.
If your gums have been picked on,
have they been bullied?
When does life get easier?
When you stop being hard on yourself.

The author would like you to know that the artwork above originated from the pages of various outdated magazines, catalogs, and calendars. These pages allowed me to recycle the paper into a new art form. While the abundance of recycled paper helps Mother Earth, for me, it has been an endless source for creating and designing one-of-a-kind works of art. Paper Art is my signature.
Finding Humor and embracing it under difficult circumstances enabled me to gather enough material to write these one liners... It is my hope, as an author, that my words put a smile on your face, perk up your thinking process, and begin or end your day in a positive way.
Happy Reading ~ Rita
