A New Model for Mental Health Care

For more than a decade, Leigh-Ann has been a respected figure in Massachusetts' mental health community, having founded Elevate Counseling Services, a thriving, multi-site group practice renowned for its warmth, clinical excellence, and culture of deep human connection. But Rising Up represents the next evolution of her life’s work — a bold integration of clinical practice, energy psychology, and consciousness-based healing.

“Rising Up is about remembering that we are not broken — we are becoming,” Leigh-Ann explains. “By blending EMDR, EFT, Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, and mindful movement with energy psychology, we are giving people the tools to heal the brain, reconnect with the body, and rise into who they truly are.”

Launching January 2026 — Being Built Now

Although Rising Up’s official public launch is slated for 2026, Leigh-Ann is actively building the ecosystem today — licensing, branding, outreach, clinical model development, staffing, and community partnerships.

Her choice to build the program in Buzzards Bay is intentional: a location rooted in nature, salt air, and the quiet, grounding coastal energy that mirrors her personal brand — part clinical, part spiritual, part visionary.
