Hi Friends!

I’ve guided so many powerful meditations where we create a vision, feel it in our bodies, and begin to live into that possibility. And there’s no denying how transformative that practice can be. But recently, someone asked me a question that reminded me of something just as important: What do you do when you don’t have a clear vision, and how to take action when fear is showing up.
The truth is, we don’t always have a clear picture of what’s ahead — and that’s okay. That uncertainty is part of the journey's beauty. Sometimes the vision isn’t about a big, detailed plan. Sometimes it’s simply about noticing what brings us joy right now, and letting those small sparks guide us forward.
